How It Works

The Academic Enhancement Program offered by R2-N-Motion, Inc. is designed to strengthen students’ skills in both literacy and mathematics through targeted, small-group instruction. Students participate in structured sessions that combine academic support with enrichment activities to keep them engaged and motivated. The goal is to close learning gaps while building confidence and long-term academic success.

Each session typically includes focused instruction in core subjects followed by hands-on project-based enrichment. Certified educators and trained staff use data-driven strategies to meet students where they are and help them grow at their own pace. This balanced approach ensures that learning is both rigorous and enjoyable for every participant.

The program also includes parent engagement through workshops and “Parent University” sessions that help families support learning at home. Progress is monitored throughout the program using assessments and ongoing feedback to track growth. At the end of the program cycle, students demonstrate their improvement through evaluations and celebration events that recognize their achievement.

What They Are Saying…

“My scholar has always been a good student, but since joining the program, she has become a High Honor Roll recipient. While I take pride in the role I play; I cannot take all the credit. The program’s emphasis on accountability, punctuality, and staying not just on top of responsibilities but ahead of them has transformed my scholar’s focus and work ethic.”
